Our first season has been a huge success with contented visitors and owners, we believe we have one of the best holiday home cleaning and maintenance services in Northumberland. Each changeover will be checked by a supervisor to ensure that all the boxes are ticked little things like ensuring light bulbs work, the coat hangers are all there, the freezer is defrosted, the tea towels are clean and the place is how it should be - ready to receive visitors who are looking forward to staying in your cottage. So often a stay can be ruined by something so small it could be avoided if the caretakers are vigilant in there efforts to make your cottage a welcoming haven for the duration of the stay.
We believe our prices are fair and reflect the current market value for the cleaning services we offer, if you require anything else, you only have to ask and we will do our utmost to oblige. Therefore, as we do not know each other very well yet, we are happy to work on a three month trial. If after this time you are not happy with our cleaning services then we will gladly hand you back all keys and belongings for your property.
We aim to provide you with a service that not only exceeds the requirements of the self catering hospitality market, but a service that we are proud of. So proud that should you receive any legitimate complaint from the holidaymakers in relation to our cottage cleaning services we will 'refund' your fees for that visit.
